Rafael Oliveira, President International at The Kraft Heinz Company signed the CEO Pledge for an additional 3 years.

Rafael says: “I’m proud to reinforce our partnership with LEAD Network by signing the CEO pledge for another 3 years. This renewed commitment towards attracting, retaining and advancing women in the consumer goods industry, is perfectly aligned with our Kraft Heinz Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Aspirations, and will keep pushing us forward”.

The LEAD Network CEO Pledge aims to rally the #CPG and #retail industry to advance #diversity and #inclusion within the workplace. The CEO Pledge outlines a specific set of actions CEOs will take to cultivate a trusting environment where courageous conversations about ways to create inclusive cultures truly are welcomed.

Some of these actions are: educate employees about the negative impact of bias on retention, development, and advancement of women; Institute a diverse slating process committed to always selecting the best talent; and requiring 50% of those considered to be diverse and to continue to coach and mentor female & diverse employees, while also increasing sponsoring.

The CEO Pledge aims for a significant increase in female representation and director level and above and building a plan to achieve gender parity over the next decade.
