Carine Shili hands over the baton to Michele Gregory as Partner Ambassador – P&G

Mick Broekhof, co-Founder, and Sharon Jeske, Executive Director, express their warm thanks to Carine Shili. From almost the start, Procter & Gamble has been a Foundation Partner of LEAD Network. Many members of the P&G contribute to our mission with unique offerings; an example is the company's approach to engaging men in gender diversity.  Coordination of events and resources between corporation and foundation was in the capable hands of Carine. Our deep-felt thanks for your commitment and engagement! We are looking forward to continuing the success story with the new Partner Ambassador, Michele Gregory.

Michele Gregory says:"My true belief is that Equality and Inclusion is not an option – it is a must. This is why I am proud to work at P&G, where we are truly committed to doing everything. We can reflect the diversity of the consumers we serve and create a culture of inclusion that enables equal opportunity, access and growth, for all people. I am therefore delighted to partner with the dynamic LEAD Network to drive an even stronger voice and bigger impact on these topics. Creating powerful connections and putting into place meaningful actions so that we, together, can be a catalyst for change, helping communities to move forward on this journey."

Michele Gregory is the Communications Director E&I, Community Relations Europe & Geneva HQ Communications, P&G. She has 20+ years of Brand Building - Expertise in PR, event management, influencer marketing, and crisis communication. Passionate about people growth and capability building, she had diverse experience handling brands and teams at local and regional levels and across functions.

We're excited to have this talented leader join our team of partner ambassadors and welcome her to the LEAD Network team of volunteers.
