Tom Allmark will be taking over from Christina Taylor as Chair of the LEAD Network Education Committee

We are pleased to announce that Tom Allmark will be taking over from Christina Taylor as Chair of the LEAD Network Education Committee. As Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity at CHEP,Tom has been a member of the LEAD Network since October 2018, acting as CHEP’s Partner Ambassador. Since February 2020, Tom has been an active member of the Education Committee, helping to build our Inclusive Leadership Programme.


Tom says “I feel really lucky to be taking on this new challenge. I believe education is key to building a more inclusive, gender balanced world and I’m looking forward to being able to build on the successes of the committee so far. Christina and the team have done an outstanding job and I’m really excited about us working together to take things to the next level.”


Passionate about the power of Inclusion and Diversity to transform the business landscape, Tom has worked in leadership roles in Customer Service, Finance, Project and Programme Management and HR in various locations in the UK, Spain, France, Germany and South Africa.
