Simon is CEO of tcc global, the world leader in retail loyalty campaigns. He has spent 30 years leading change through customer-focused data and science for many of the world's leading retailers and brands.  

Over 25 years at dunnhumby, Simon drove the launch and success of Tesco Clubcard before doubling the sales of The Kroger Co. using data-driven loyalty. In his six years as dunnhumby CEO he managed a team of 2,500 employees across 84 countries. Alongside this, Simon has built three businesses from start up to success.
