GSK renews the LEAD Network Gold Partnership for the third time

Our diversity commitment is to accelerate our gender diversity progress, aiming for over 37% female representation in senior roles by 2022. As of this year, we will run annual mandatory all-employee training on how to create an inclusive environment, making sure we all reduce conscious and unconscious bias in the workplace. There will also be a specific focus on inclusion and diversity in our new leadership development programmes. We will add new questions on creating an inclusive environment in our annual manager feedback One80 tool to see how our leaders are doing.
The LEAD network is for us an accelerator to bring our strategy alive. It gives our female population access to topics that will help to break down barriers. It will help the male community to realize their unconscious bias and take part in driving more diversity. The LEAD network inspires us with ideas and showcases success stories and should enable us to drive (scalable) best practise sharing. If we learn from each other and apply the learnings we will be unstoppable".
